How the catalog works

From your first request to a finished textile piece

Every order follows the same route, whether you are a decorator sourcing for a project or a shop looking for a small batch. The steps below explain what happens after you write to us, how long each stage takes, and where you can step in.

Step 01

Request and material check

You send the piece you have in mind: a blanket, cushion covers, a wall hanging, or a linen set. We confirm the fiber, the exact measurements, and the dye options available for the current season. If a material is not in stock, we say so before you commit.

Step 02

Sample or detailed quote

For larger orders we can send a physical sample of the weave and the dye lot. For single pieces, you receive a full description with the production time and the care instructions. Nothing is produced until you confirm the details.

Step 03

Weaving and dyeing

The workshop prepares the loom and dyes the yarn in small batches. This stage takes the longest, usually two to four weeks depending on the complexity of the weave and the drying time of the natural dyes.

Step 04

Quality review

Each piece is checked by hand: the tension of the weave, the consistency of the color, and the finishing of the edges. We photograph the final item and send it to you for approval before shipping.

Step 05

Packing and delivery

Textiles are folded in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a rigid box to avoid creases. We provide a tracking number and the estimated arrival date for your region.

Step 06

Care and follow-up

Every order includes a printed care card with washing and storage recommendations. If a piece needs repair within the first year, we cover the cost of the return and the mending.

Production times vary by season and by the workload of the family workshops. If you have a deadline for a project, mention it in your first message so we can plan accordingly. For a closer look at how we select materials and work with each workshop, see our approach to sourcing.
