This page explains the rules that apply when you browse our textile catalogue, request samples or place an order with a partner workshop. Please read it carefully before using the site.
Louise Hull is an online catalogue that presents handwoven textiles made by small family workshops. We show blankets, cushions, wall hangings and linen accessories with detailed material sheets, exact measurements and care instructions. We do not sell directly through this site; each piece is made to order after you contact us through the form.
We describe fibres, dyeing processes and dimensions as precisely as possible. Because every item is handmade, slight variations in tone or texture are natural and should not be considered defects. The estimated production time shown on each product page is a guide, not a guarantee. We confirm the exact timeframe when we reply to your enquiry.
You can request physical samples or a wholesale price list through the contact form. A sample request does not create an obligation to buy. When you place an order, we will send a written confirmation with the final price, production time and delivery terms before any payment is collected. No contract is formed until you receive and accept that confirmation.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. If you supply incorrect information and this delays production or shipping, we cannot be held liable for the additional time or cost. For custom orders, please check the measurements and colour references carefully before confirming.
Louise Hull acts as an intermediary between you and the workshops. We take care to select reliable partners and to describe their work honestly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as customs issues, natural disasters or disruptions in the supply of raw materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
All photographs, texts and product descriptions on this site belong to Louise Hull or the workshops and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written permission. If you are a retailer and want to use our images, ask us first; we normally grant this for catalogue use with a credit line.
We may update these conditions occasionally, for example when we add a new service or change how orders are handled. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
